Kitchen store manager

The Store Manager role sits right at the heart of our national kitchen brand.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Training, supervising and managing the design sales team

  • Establishing and implementing trade rules

  • Creating and managing the store's commercial momentum

  • Motivating the team and bringing them together around a common goal

  • Complying with and applying the group's trade policy

  • Monitoring and developing store turnover

  • Ensure the good performance of the store and its sales tools

  • Increasing the skill set for sales staff so that they meet their sales and quality targets

  • Welcoming clients and selling products to support teams

  • Being able to check administrative compliance and the technical feasibility of kitchens sold

  • Coordinating follow-up for customer records and potential disputes

  • Analyse and pass on relevant information on store activity to the manager

  • Being engaged in the proper running of the business

THE PROFILE

You excel in the art of sales, with the soul of a leader. You're ambitious, energetic and purposeful, and you know how to energise and motivate a sales team. Your commercial management abilities are recognised.

Gifted with relational qualities, you'll love a good challenge and have the desire to be part of an evolving group.

You will have graduated from a management and marketing course with 2 to 5 years of university study.

You have two years of successful experience in managing a sales team selling to individuals, ideally in the area of kitchen or home equipment sales.
