Find out more about the different requests you can make

The General Data Protection Regulation n°2016/679 gives you the possibility to exercise the following rights :

1. Right of access: you have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed and you have the right to access to these personal data.

2. Right to rectification: you have the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you.

3. Right to be forgotten: you can request for obtaining the erasure of personal data concerning you.

4. Right to object: you have the right to object to your personal data being used for a specific purpose (for example, commercial prospecting).

5. Right to restriction of processing: you have the right to obtain restriction of processing temporarily. This right can be exercised, for example, where you contest the accuracy of personal data, for a period enabling to verify the accuracy of personal data.

6. Right to data portability (please note that this right only applies to computerised data that you have provided): you have the right to receive the personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
